About Legends Heathland

A Legendary Links-Style Experience

Since opening in 1990, Legends Heathland has earned its place among Myrtle Beach’s most iconic courses. Designed by acclaimed architect Tom Doak, this award-winning layout channels the traditions of Scotland’s greatest links—think St. Andrews, Cruden Bay, and Lahinch—with wide fairways, massive greens, deep pot bunkers, and almost no trees to block the wind.

More About The Course

Authentic Links. Unmatched Challenge.

What makes Legends Heathland stand out in a sea of Myrtle Beach golf courses? It’s the rare blend of old-world charm and pure strategic golf. Inspired by the legendary links of Scotland, Heathland trades tree lines for wind-swept fairways and deep bunkers. Every hole demands smart positioning, creativity, and control—especially when the coastal breeze kicks up.
